She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Burl Billings and Gladys Billings; her sons, Michael (Shelley Touey), Randy (Francis Touey), Rick (Lysa Touey) and Brian (Shannon Touey); and her husband Walter Wayne Touey. She was also cherished by 18 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
