It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Naomi Conner of Grants Pass, Oregon, who passed away on June 24, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Long and Vivian Long; her husband Wendell David "Windy" Conner; and her children, Michael Conner of Tehachapi, Catherine Conner-McCoy of Grants Pass, Thomas Conner of Bakersfield and Robert Conner of Grants Pass. She was also cherished by 17 grandchildren, multiple great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
