She is survived by: her pet Nakita; her sons, Anthony Stephens of Ukiah, Isaac Stephens of Roseburg, Oregon and Brandon Slippey of Roseburg, Oregon; her grandsons, Bryson Stephens and Aiden Stephens; her mother Rose Marie Bright of Grants Pass; and her siblings, Tonia Lazenby of Cave Junction and Robert Stephens of Grants Pass. She is also survived by four nephews; and three nieces.
