He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Spicer; his sons, James Spicer and Michael Spicer; and his grandsons, Justin, Andrew, Ian, Alexander and Austin. He is also survived by his five great-grandchildren.
A committal service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Douglass Cemetery (1408 SW Hensley Rd, Troutdale, OR 97060). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bateman Carroll Funeral Home (520 W Powell Blvd, Gresham, OR 97030).
