He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Hill and Fannie Hill; his grandparents, James and Ina Hill; and his siblings, Raymond, Lloyd, Richard, Marjorie Brands and Winnefred Davison.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Patchen; his children, Lowell Hill (Judy) of Pasco, WA, Merle Hill (Kathy) of Gresham, OR, Janelle Henderson (Dennis) of Wallowa, OR and Cheryl Hall (Dan) of Yakima, WA; and his sister Luella Hanson. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, one great-great grandson.
