She was predeceased by: her parents, Nancy Buren and Joe Van Buren. She is survived by: her siblings, Bernie, Joseph, Monica and Tonya; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nancy, Nick, Mimi and Robyn; her cousins, Brenda, Anne and Martin; her children, Kelly and Ryan; her grandson Chandler; and her fiancé Fred Deis.
She continued volunteering with children until the onset of COVID, after which she sold her condo in 2022.
