She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Evelyn Sutphin (Schroeder) and Wayne Sutphin; her husband David Carstens; her children, Holly Noelle Keeton (Carstens) and Jason Wayne Carstens; and her grandchildren, DeMarcus Edward Carstens, Kaleeah Kanene Keeton and Kannon Wayne Keeton.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Gresham Memorial Chapel (257 SE Roberts Ave, Gresham, OR 97080).
