He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Heflin and Margaret Heflin. He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his daughters, Esther Hill, Christy Rehman and Bethany Taylor; his sister Margaret Clayton; and his sons-in-law, Jay Hill, Adam Rehman and Joshua Taylor. He is also survived by grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Open Door Baptist Church (27710 SE Strebin Rd, Troutdale, OR 97060).
