He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Waddle and Ila Keller. He is survived by: his sister Yolanda Wetherbee; his children, Kenneth Neubauer (Terre), Rebecca Leonard, Richard Waddle (Jessica) and Stacie Waddle; and his siblings, Charles Waddle, Steven Keller (Jeanine) and Jenine Keller. He is also survived by five grandchildren and numerous stepchildren and step-grandchildren.
