He was predeceased by : his parents, Jasper Myers and Lila Myers (Bartholomew); and his siblings, Charles, Janet and Shirley.

He is survived by : his family Heppner; his wife Nancy Schuler; his children, John (Eileen Myers), Sam (Terri Myers) and Wendy (Dan King); and his grandchildren, Rushelle, Danyelle, Chelsea, Austin, Skylan, Ashley, Casey and Sydney. He is also survived by Nine Great Grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews and extended family.
