He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Hoskins and Kathryn Parker Hoskins Jr.; and his uncle Robert Hoskins. He is survived by: his significant other Katherine Melby Turner; and his sisters, Marie F Hoskins and Kathryn Gail Picard.
Viewing was held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Sweeney Payton Mortuary (320 Matlock St, Heppner, OR 97836). A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Heppner Masonic Cemetery. A memorial gathering was held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Morrow County Fairgrounds (97836 Oregon 74, Heppner, OR).
