He is survived by: his parents, Carlos Ruiz and Cande Ruiz (Gomez); his wife Loni Silvani; his children, Carly, Milo and Theodore; and his brothers, Juan, Erik, Gerardo and Noe. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
A rosary was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church (565 W Hermiston Ave, Hermiston, OR 97838). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
