She was predeceased by: her parents, William Abbott and Inez Abbott (Anderson); her daughter Susan Turner; her husband David Hawkins; and her sister Delores.
She is survived by: her children, Leland "Jerry" McFarland, Cheryl Griggs and Deborah Johnson; her adoptive daughter Samantha Jordan; and her brother Bill (Kay Abbott). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty seven great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
