Samya, Whiti, Trustin, Nevaeh, Cayah, Kortland, Kyrie, Torrion, Zion and Creed; his siblings, Asa, Anthony Stine and Courtney Smith; his son Corleone M. "Booter" Lewis; his in-laws, Richard and Alice Frick; his daughter Kianna R. Frick; his granddaughter Ayala Lewis; and his brother-in-law Kent Frick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
