He is survived by: his wife Rhea Manning; and his children, Rodney (Cheryl), Lisa Burgener (Rex), Phil (Joann), Boyd (Kathleen), Garth (Tina) and Carl (Nicole). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
