She was predeceased by : her parents, Milo Jacob and Constance Marie Wilson Hinkley; and her daughter Connie Parker. She is survived by : her grandchildren, Jeffery Parker, Amber DeRouen (Burk), Brian Graybeal, Tonya Gordy (Burk), Milo Frazier Jr. and Jasmine Frazier (Samantha Frazier).

A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Burns Mortuary Chapel (685 W Hermiston Ave, Hermiston, OR 97838).
