He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick McIntyre and Evelyn McIntyre (Stumm); and his brothers, Ken and Don McIntyre. He is survived by: his brother Steve McIntyre (Cindy); his nieces and nephews, Andrea Cook (Johnny), Donnie McIntyre, Steve McIntyre (Erica) and Keith McIntyre; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, JC Cook, Ethan Cook, Amber Cook, Caleb McIntyre and Cayden McIntyre.
