She was predeceased by: her parents, Burchell Dunagan and Nellie Slaughter Dunagan; her siblings, Geraldine Dunagan Swanson, Leroy Dunagan, James Dunagan, Joseph Dunagan and Michael Dunagan; and her sons, Erwin Hood, Jr., David Hood and Kevin Hood.

She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Hood Slaughter of Keizer, OR; her sister Patricia Frost of Dayton, Oregon; and her grandson Nicholas Barnes. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Jackie loved cats and would have appreciated any memorial donations be made to a favorite animal rescue or humane society.
