He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Horn and Barbara Horn (Thompson); and his brother Bruce. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Horn, Crystal Lee (Jason) and Casey Horn (Heidi); his stepchildren, Alicia Pitt, Krystn Lloyd (Abe) and Ty Green; and his siblings, Connie, Lillie, Emmett and Chris. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren.
