He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Russell Roe and Patricia Ann Roe (Stickel).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Burns Mortuary Chapel (685 W Hermiston Ave, Hermiston, OR 97838).
