With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell Roe of Hermiston, Oregon, who passed away on October 27, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Russell has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Ann and William Russell Roe. He is survived by: his wife Thelma; his sisters, Teresa Nowlin (Doug) and Sunny Baxley; and his stepsister Pam Paluska. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers and to honor Rusty's lifelong dedication to music, the family requests that memorial donations be made to your favorite local elementary school band department.
