He is survived by: his parents, Peter "Pete" Symionow and Helen Symionow (Deichert); and his brother Todd Symionow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins.
Family suggested memorial donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
