He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Self (Becky) and Tina Moran (Bill); his daughter Maycee; and his siblings, Ashley, Stephanie, David and Dawson. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Burns Mortuary Chapel (685 W Hermiston Ave, Hermiston, OR 97838). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 1835 S Hwy 395, Hermiston, OR 97838.
