He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Woodrow and Dorothy Mae Hanway Mills; and his stepbrother Kenneth. He is survived by: his wife Gracie; his son Kevin (Toni); his grandchildren, Taylor Eacker, Wyatt Mills and Lily Mills; his daughter Kelli McPeak (Perry); his grandchildren, David McPeak, Shana Franklin and Sarah Martin; and his stepchildren, Kathrine, Doug (Jenny) and Duard Morrell (Patty). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
