She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Ray and Frances Ray (Billings); her husband Babe Headley; and her brothers, Bill Ray and Bob Ray.
She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Jacobs (Headley); her son-in-law David Jacobs; and her stepsisters, Darle Provenzano, Bonnie Stewart and Margie Rowe. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at 7267 SE Circuit Dr, Hillsboro, OR 97123.
