He is survived by: his mother Arlene Anne Welter (Oenning) of Beaverton; and his siblings, Joseph "Joe" (Junita Welter), Jeffrey "Jeff" Welter of Vancouver, WA, Melissa "Lisa" (Randy Cornwell) and Jerome "Jerry" Welter of Aloha. He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews.
