It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Karen Marlene Weinbender (Hillsboro, Oregon), born in Wynot, Nebraska, who passed away on June 17, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Dick. She is survived by: her sons, Scott (Sue Weinbender) of Forest Grove and Mark (Dawn Weinbender) of Hillsboro; her grandchildren, Kelli Kruse (Tyler) of Pasco, WA, Eric Weinbender of Forest Grove, Nicole Nelson (Cameron) of Portland and Erin Weinbender of Hillsboro; and her great grandchildren, Finnegan, Louisa Kruse, Jake and Cooper Weinbender.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Tualatin Plains Presbyterian Church (30685 NW Scotch Church Rd, Hillsboro, OR 97124).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the Tualatin Plains Presbyterian Church (TPPC) Cemetery Fund.
