He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Ainslie and Connie Ainslie; and his grandparents, William, LaRue Ainslie, Phil and Betty Werner.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Ainslie (Duncan); his children, Rebecca McKenzie (Ainslie), Jesse Ainslie, Jason Johnson and Jonathon Johnson; and his granddaughter Ainslie McKenzie. He is also survived by his sister, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Forest Grove Elks Lodge (2810 Pacific Ave, Forest Grove, OR 97116).
