“Scott, you are an amazing and kind soul. When I needed help with my new 1/3 scale biplane, it didn't bother you to make the 90 minute drive to my home to help me. Then my wife and I, and a host of bystanders watched you take it to the skies for it's maiden flight. I will always remember persistent dedication to excellence, and nudging me to pursue the same. “I will miss Scott dearly. He was my great friend, competitor, and team scale buddy. At one scale event in 2014 I handed him my transmitter that was programmed for the wrong model airplane. Incredibly, he was able to fly the model and complete all ten maneuvers. I had never seen anything like it. Since that day, we always greeted each other with “Hi Lucky and Hey there Lucky”. We will all miss his friendship and kindness.”
