She was predeceased by : her parents, Katie Mae and Charles Duncan Stubbs; her husband Harley; her daughter Kathie Holter; her son-in-law Ervin Holter; and her grandson Brian Holter.
She is survived by : her close friend Verna Smith; her children, Philip (Lucille), Jeanne (John Pino) and Sally (Richard Gallagher); her grandchildren, Coriolana DeVine (Derek Van Wycoff), Patrick Ternahan, Mathew Holter (Devon), Kevin Gallagher (Vanessa), Brenna Steed (Tristan), Kristin Bielskis (Barnaby) and Adam Pino; her great grandchildren, Octavia, Daniela, Cheyenne DeVine, Kellen, Meara Gallagher, Paisley and Asher Bielskis; her great great grandchildren, Angelica Devine, Elijah Devine, Grayson Cramer and Nolan Steed; and her siblings, Mattie Payne and John Stubbs of Oklahoma.
