With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Jane Kollas (Hood River, Oregon), who passed away on January 27, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Peterson and Freda Peterson; and her sister Jeanette Johnson. She is survived by : her husband Alphonse "Bud" Kollas, Jr.; her children, Keith "Lennie" Kollas, Ken Kollas (Darlene), Linda Shames (Peter) and Michelle Calderon (Jose); her grandchildren, Karen Loomis (Jaime), Nicole Shames (Justin Griffeth), Danielle Shames, Ana Kolberg (Greg), Raquel Calderon, Gabriella Calderon and Vicente Calderon; and her great grandchildren, Dillon Loomis, Piper and Leah Griffeth.
Memorial contributions could be made in Betty's name to the Hood River Adult Center and an Open House celebrating her life will be held Sunday, January 11 from 1:00 P.M.to 4:00 P.M. at 3381 Kollas Rd, Hood River, OR 97031.
