She was predeceased by: her father Raymond Smith. She is survived by: her mother Gertrude Smith; her husband Felix Morales; her children, Cody, Ashley, Anna, Josh and Margarita; and her grandchildren, Sebastian, Jackson, Opal, Arianna, Anais, Niayeli, Emiliana, Mayia, Leland and Emiliano.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Farnstrom Mortuary (410 Monmouth St, Independence, OR 97351). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Restlawn Memory Gardens (201 Oak Grove Rd, Salem, OR 97304).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests donations be made to a charity of your choice, reflecting Ada's lifelong commitment to giving and caring for others.
