She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Everett Case and Lydia Alvina Case (Adams); her husband Bob Phillips; and her siblings, Vicki Teal, Rex Case, Pete Case, Tom Case and Everett Case.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Collins (Jeremy Collins), Casey Phillips (Carrie Phillips) and Laura Freeborn (Chad Freeborn); her grandchildren, Eli (Makayla DenBeste), Emma DenBeste (Asher Roper), Ethan DenBeste (Allie Majors), Lydia Phillips, Robbie Phillips, Michael Collins, Christopher Collins and Troy Sievers (Kalaya Griffith); her great grandchild Silas Sievers; and her pet Autumn Phillips.
