She is survived by: her brothers, Greelt and Douwe; her husband Denis; her caregivers, Long Beach (CA), Columbus (Ohio), Eugene, Salem and Dallas; her grandchildren, Megan, Blake, Sara and Mason; her children, John and Monica (Adele); her daughters-in-law, Katie and Shawn; and her siblings, Tity and Tjerk. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
