He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Yardley and Betty Yardley (Wilkerson); and his brother Orlen Yardley. He is survived by: his wife Joan Makinson; his daughter Tracy Foster; his grandchildren, Curtis Foster and Betty Foster; and his brothers, Wayne Yardley and Jay Carlson.
Family suggest memorial donations in Rick's memory be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
