He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Crewse (Headley); and his brothers, Kevin and Steve. He is survived by: his father Marshall Crewse; his siblings, Terry Crewse (Deborah) and Denise Morris; his children, Danielle Schneider (Christopher), Dustin Crewse and Dillon Crewse (Afton); his grandchildren, Maria Smith, Shelby and Aubrey Schneider; and his great grandchild Milo Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
