Patrick Allen Payne Obituary

We announce the death of Patrick Allen Payne of Jordan Valley, Oregon, who passed away on July 12, 2026, at the age of 85. Patrick will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Tex Payne and Agnes Payne; his wife Danice Brown; his brother Ted Payne; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Payne.

He is survived by: his children, Terry White (Jerry) of Jordan Valley and Gary Payne of Mesa, Idaho; and his grandchildren, JT White, Michael White (Breeanna), Jessie Greene (Monte), Rory Davis (Angie), Chelicy Wanders (Derek) and Shelly Cline (Elias). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Jordan Valley Lions Building Fund.
