He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Prout and Faye Prout of Joseph; his brother Gary Prout; his children, Jennifer, Angela, Heather and Jake; his grandchildren, Samantha, Mandy and Warren; his sister-in-law Karen Prout; and his daughter Billie. He was also cherished by extended family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Max's memory to the Chief Joseph Days Rodeo standard maintenance and youth funds or to Loveland Funeral Chapel to help assist his family with his cremation.
