He is survived by: his wife Gwenda Kaping; his daughters, Debbie Arkills, Sheryl Kaping and Karen Hinderman; his grandchildren, Christy Weinhold, Amy Cejas, Brandy Ruiz and Madi Hinderman; his great grandchildren, Cailee Minnick, Kira Cejas, Darian Ruiz, Ariana Ruiz, Jissel Ruiz, Kiana Cejas, Luke Weinhold, Kyli Cejas, Alec Weinhold and Esme Cuenca; and his great great grandchildren, Efrain Ruiz and Lily Minnick.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donation to Benton Community Foundation, P.O. Box 911, Corvallis, OR 97339, in care of the Herb and Peggy Ballard Memorial Scholarship.
