He was predeceased by: his daughter Angelica Maria Gloria; his parents, Joaquin Gloria and Maria Gloria; and his siblings, Rosaura Saucedo, Concepcion Rios, Rosember, Joaquin, Pedro, Manuel of Jesus and Jaime Gloria.
He is survived by: his wife Olga T. Gloria; his daughter Cyndi Walling (Jason); his grandchildren, Jordan Rayburn (Levi), Joseph Arturo Gloria, Junior Walling (Lizzy) and Cristian Garcia; his great grandchildren, Lily, Luke Rayburn and Baby Boy Walling; and his siblings, Ana Sifuentes, Santos and Carlos Gloria. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (1010 Columbia St NE, Salem, OR 97301). A reception will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Keizer Elks Lodge 4250 (4250 Cherry Ave NE, Keizer, OR 97301).
