He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Aldus, Ann Johnson, David Farr and Emma Jean Hodge; and his aunts and uncles, Farlene Sanchez and David Layne Hodge.
He is survived by: his parents, Alan Johnson and Dorean Johnson; his daughters, Faith, Grace and Joy; his siblings, Shannon Wardell (Daniel), Jeff Johnson (Diana), Crystal Johnson, Janneca McClellan (James) and Hope Celli-Jang (Brandon); and his grandson Elliot. He is also survived by eight nieces, and one nephew, as well as uncles, aunts, and cousins, along with many friends and coworkers.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Roy 12th Ward (4524 S 2525 W, Roy, UT 84067).
In lieu of flowers, the family invites those who wish to honor Phil to help him continue supporting his girls and the activities that meant so much to them.
