He is survived by: his wife Karen Lapsley (McDonald); his daughters, Stephanie Lapsley and Kimberly Cox (Chuck); his grandsons, Zachary (Emily) and Luke (Lesley); his great grandchildren, Cody and Tilly Cox; his daughter Valerie Neubert (Steve); his grandchild McKenna; and his siblings, Susan McGill and Robert Lapsley.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the O'Hair-Wards Funeral Chapel (515 Pine St, Klamath Falls, OR 97601). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Laki Cemetery (5401 Cross Rd, Klamath Falls, OR 97603).
