He is survived by: his son Tobias Joseph O'Keefe III; his sister Rosemary; his brother-in-law Walter Locke; his daughter Sandra O'Keefe; his nephews, Michael and Thomas Tobias; and his niece Maryalice. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
