He is survived by: his wife Georgia Afton Ricks of Centerville, Utah.; and his children, Natalie Packer (Dale), Carl (Sarah), Keith (Maureen), Craig (Lorianne), Kenneth (Shanda), Benjamin (Marisa) and Angela.
