He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Ernest and Lois Jean De Long (Conley); and his sister Phillis Jean Chess. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his brother Cecil De Long (Linda) of La; his grandson Mark (Stacey) of Baker City; and his children, Scott (Cindy) of La Grande and Christine Gallegos (Mike) of Island City. He is also survived by his five grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and his eight nieces and nephews.
