He is survived by: his mother Robin Johnson (English); his children, Morgan Levi and Hailey Jade; his wife Sara Johnson; his children, Mason, Rylan and Quinn; his brother Eric; his sister-in-law Beth; his sister Calla (Nearing); his brother-in-law Scott; and his parents-in-law, Craig Nightingale and Elena Nightingale. He is also survived by brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
