Though Gerald Lee may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gerald Lee touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his father Frank P. Hays; his stepmother Bobbie L. Hays; and his stepsiblings, Pete K. Plummer and Penny K. Smejkal. He is survived by: his wife Sherry C. Sutton of La; and his grandchildren, Sandra Meshke (Steve) of Warrenton, OR and Jason Hays (Rheadean) of La Grande, OR. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
