He is survived by: his wife Concepcion Wagoner of Island City; his children, Lynn Paulson of La Grande, Linda Ashlock of La Grande and Howard Wagoner of Milton-Freewater; and his siblings, Bill Wagoner (Roma) of Hawaii, Trula Wallace of Longview, WA, Becky Weygandt (John) of Willamina, OR, John Wagoner of California, Jane Stroud of Utah, Myron Wagoner of Alaska and Rayleen Wagner of Washington. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
