It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene Mae James of La Grande, Oregon, born in Arnold, Nebraska, who passed away on March 4, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Donald James; her parents, Leonard Catterson and Doris Catterson; and also, Vance and Marie James.

She is survived by : her son Timothy James; her grandchildren, Cody James and Kyle James; and her daughter Kira Reoch.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Marlene's honor, continuing her legacy of kindness and support for those in need.
