It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dean E. Gerig of Lebanon, Oregon, who passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Christian C. Gerig and Ida Boshart Gerig; his daughter Mary Janette Stoltzfus; and his siblings, Evelyn Gerig, Hazel Eby, Ruth Birky, Irvin, Clarence and Norman Gerig.
He is survived by : his wife Nadine Gerig; his sons, Leonard Gerig (Wanda) of Albany and Arlen Gerig (Wanda) of Hayward; his son-in-law Paul Stoltzfus (Clara) of Newberg; and his sister Laura Rhodes. He is also survived by ten grandchildren (and spouses), twelve great-grandchildren.
