He is survived by: his wife Elda Galasanay; his children, Phillip Priestley Jr., Jennifer Hartung, Sheila Coolidge, Ezra Castillo and Joel Castillo; his grandchildren, Samantha Garin, Stephanie Priestley, Tiffany Milam, Vincent Odle, Emily Hartung, Rachel Hartung, Ezzella Castillo, Justin Castillo and Zion Castillo; and his sister Gail.
